Danielle Aaronson is the Leadership Program Manager for InnerWill, an organization committed to developing better people, braver leaders, and a wiser world through the practice of Values Based Leadership(VBL). VBL is a philosophy and model that encourages individuals to live, work, and lead in alignment with their core values to ignite the extraordinary potential of those around them.
Danielle’s personal purpose of inspiring leaders to make intentional choices has landed her on stages at conferences, management summits, and leadership programs throughout the mid-Atlantic region. She also leads consulting efforts with executives, senior leaders, and managers at organizations seeking to influence their culture in a way that will improve employee engagement, encourage well-being in the workplace, and ultimately drive the bottom line.
Danielle graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Leadership. Post college, she taught leadership at a boarding school in North Carolina and later moved to Richmond, Virginia, where she began working at a nationally renowned non-profit providing outreach and engagement opportunities to young professionals in the city. Her mantra, “be the change you wish to see in the world,” has allowed her to strive everyday to be the best she can be and help others recognize the potential they have to make a positive difference.
